If you are like me you have read the scriptures over and again many times,
but suddenly one particular one pops out at you and you think to yourself,
“Gosh, I never saw this before! How could I have missed this all along?”
At that moment, what did that scripture speak to you? Did it cause you to act upon it?
If not, ask God to show you what to do with it and then start putting that
revelation in first gear and you’ll soon find that new revelations
are beginning to flow. God’s revelations are like a little trickling water
at first, but the more time you spend meditating in His Word,
the more the tricking will begin to flow inside your understanding.
You see, it’s one thing to read the Word, but it’s another to actually
put it into action. Action brings the Word to life! That’s why James 1:22
tells us to not only hear God’s Word but to DO IT!
My friend, don’t assume that the things God reveals to you, if seemingly
insignificant are insignificant. They may not even make good sense,
but do them anyway! The truth is that in the spirit realm, you’d
see they’re far more important than you think.
Open God’s Word today and come before the Father expecting a fresh
revelation of the Scripture as you commit to Him to follow it up with your obedience.
Conscientiously meditate on each word and soon you will discover how
more and more revelations will begin to unfold giving you deeper insight as they begin to flow.
