Christians are under attack today more than any time in history.
Why? Because in today’s technological networked world,
'keyboard warriors,' social media, video diatribes
and dubious news sources can conveniently mock, ridicule and discredit
the Bible and Christians as out of step with the times.
While it might be convenient to blame
this opposition, the real enemy is not mortal, but spiritual.
The Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:12 that
“We wrestle (are fighting) not against flesh and blood,
but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world,
against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
These powers are
Satan and his evil co-workers that work in
tandem with people on the earth to accomplish their destructive goals.
So how do we as Christians counter this? The Bible says there are two things we must do.
First RESIST the Devil (James 4:7) and secondly STAND
wearing the WHOLE armor of God. (Ephesians 6:13)
This requires you to put on EVERY piece of armor
and be fully dressed so that you can stand without yielding against
Satan and his demonic forces.
Friend, the reality is that Christ already WON the battle
against these enemies at the Cross of Calvary.
So as 2 Chronicles 20:15 so aptly says,
“Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason
of this great multitude; For The Battle Is Not Yours,
BUT GOD’s.”
Christian, now is the time to rise up and
Take Your Stand.
STAND! And Make His VICTORY Your Focus!
