God's First Language
Is
Silence

“Be still and know that I AM God.”
Psalm 46:10

NoisyWorld We are living in the Hyper-Speed-21st-Century... more so than in any other time in history. With so much information constantly bombarding us, our attention span has shortened to brief moments, leaving us mentally distracted, often on trivial matters that divert us from what is truly important.

Given that, is it no wonder that you have had trouble hearing God’s voice? Have you asked Him to speak to you only to be left feeling frustrated, because He doesn’t answer or you can’t hear His voice? If this is so, here’s why:

GOD SPEAKS TO YOU WHEN YOU ARE SILENT.

God will come to you when you quiet your mind and sit still. His voice is soft, but when you listen in the silence He will come to you. When you do, THEN and only then will His presence fill up your entire being in such a wonderfully way that you won’t want to leave Him. As you practice being silent with Him, you’ll want to be with Him more than anyone thing the world has to offer.

My friend, make your heavenly Father #1 on your priority list and He will give you the answers and directions you need. Memorize Psalm 46:10 as a reminder to be silent and still with the Lord and “the things of this earth will grow strangely dim, in the light of His GLORY and GRACE!”

God Bless Your Day
