There are two enemies that are invisible in the world right now. One is new, but the other goes back
to the beginning of time.
The Cornoavirus is a dangerous, deceitful and devilish nemesis.
It is an unseen enemy that is wrecking nations and causing havoc.
It literally attacks flesh and blood causing temporary sickness at best or death at worst.
The hopeful news is that like all plagues in the past, this sickness will eventually run its course,
but there is an even greater invisible enemy and that is the devil himself.
While we should for the time being be mindful of the health threat to our physical selves, we should
always be aware of the threat on our spiritual selves, as the Bible warns us:
“Our struggle is not against flesh and blood,
but against the rulers, against the powers,
against the world forces of this darkness,
against the spiritual forces of
wickedness in the heavenly places.”
Ephesians 3:12
Taking care of your physical body is always important, but taking care of your spiritual body has
eternal implications. The only medicine that will ensure your spiritual health is the life-saving
Blood of Jesus Christ. If you have not received salvation through Christ, do this right now.
This is the only cure for the poison (virus) of sin.
