There is a lot of strife, anger and division in today in both the world and in our own country,
and while these words in the Old Testament were written over 3,000 years ago,
the cure to these ills are found in two things – the HUMILITY of God’s people
and their earnest REPENTENCE and combined with PRAYERS.
Today’s scripture says, “If My people…” (those that truly love God and
recognize His great POWER) WILL PRAY - then indeed change CAN come into this world for
the better when we corporately apply HIS WILL through prayer, and faithfully commit to doing so in purity.
When you carefully look at today’s scripture, five points stand out:
- Be Humble Not Prideful
- Be Obedient Not Rebellious
- Repent Not Sin
- Seek God’s Face Not Your Own
- Pray Put HIS Will into action through speaking it out!
When We Do: HE WILL HEAL OUR LAND
Will it take all the Christians in the world to do this? No, but a concentrated and consecrated group of
believers can change this world when faithfully following the above points. So dear friend, would you like to
be a part of positively impacting the world? You can! Do this by praying faithfully as directed by
the Holy Spirit and also by sending this message to those you love and who will pray with you!
The world is in desperate need for GOD. Let this Daily Note start a “World Changing Prayer Chain”
that can and will reach farther than our hopes and hearts can imagine when we practice continuous prayer
and believing that God will honor us and HEAL OUR LAND - and OUR WORLD.
