Did you know that our gifts were already established in our hearts before we even knew them?
Yes - God created all of us with Gifts of Service and then
He fulfills them when they are to bring about even greater good for all.
Here is how this works.
When you come to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior and are born again and open and obedient to his leading,
Where will come a desire to serve the Lord in a variety of moves through the Holy Spirit. This can come in
big and small ways like being an excellent parent, a productive employee, contributor to the church, community
or even full-time Christian ministry.
A key is both listening and obedience to the Spirit’s direction,
and then God will open doors and put you in places where you can activate your gifts.
When you do you will find such happiness and joy and you will see how it blesses others.
My friend, you may be wondering why doesn’t God open the doors to using my gifts? Where and when can I use them!?
If this is the case, ask the Lord to show you where He sees you right now and what He wants you to do to activate them.
It may seem like it is not happening right now...but take heart! Sometimes God closes one door,
but opens another when you are ready and the time is right. One thing is for sure,
your heavenly Father has not forgotten about using you!
His eye is focused on you and He wants to give you that special door that will fulfill your place and
chance to apply your gifts when and where they are needed. Trust Him to direct you. There is a time and place for everything,
so be patient if your time has not yet come because for the willing it will!
When you delight yourself in the Lord, you will see what God has for you so that your life can be a
blessing to others and further His Kingdom.
