The Master Plan
“All who dwell on the earth will worship him the (anti-Christ) whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”
Revelation 13:8
Long before the foundation of the world came into existence, God created a brilliant “Master Plan” that would redeem all people on the earth by sending Jesus to enter the world in very humble beginnings wrapped in human flesh to become one of us - our Emmanuel. Then at the exact appointed time, He would become the sacrificial lamb who would be slain on the cross to die in our place and take all our sins and diseases upon Himself.
Try to wrap your mind around the magnitude of this awesome plan. God was willing to part from His one and only Son and allow Him to suffer a horrific death for every person on this planet! Yet sadly the only thought of Jesus in
this world is an excuse to buy and receive gifts at Christmas time.
While Christmases come and go, here is the real gift that we receive throught the year.
Read what Jesus tells us about it:
“As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you;
abide in My love. If you keep My commandments,
you will abide in My love, just as I have kept
My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.
These things I have spoken to you, that
My joy may remain in you and that your joy may be full.
This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
Greater love has no one than this,
than to lay down his life for his friends.“
John 15:9-13
My friend, Christ has given us the greatest gift, and if you have received it,
then you are in the “Book Of LIFE”. Please remember that Christmas is
and was and will always be about Jesus and not just a
“Holiday” and buying lots of gifts.
Celebrate Jesus and the gift of his birth throughout the whole year! Worship Him and honor Him,
because while Christmas is the celebration of his birthday, Jesus is our daily gift from the Father.
Make sure your name is written there!
God Bless Your Day
