While it may be a cute phrase, think about what
'God is My Co-pilot' Really Means!
If you say that, you’re really saying that
YOU are at the controls,
YOU are setting the course and flying the plane that
YOU are the commander of this ship... and
God is there just to make sure everything is OK.
Well if that is how you are living your life,
you are sitting in the wrong seat!
The Bible says that HE is the one that leads
us to green pastures (Psalm 23) and in today’s
Bible verse, HE is the one that leads us to the
only and perfect way that leads to life.
Both all along the way - and especially as life
comes to a close - there is no other way
but that perfect way. Jesus said that HE was that Way.
What we all need is a pilot that knows the
correct course, will fly a route that is sure,
and land the plane precisely on the correct
runway at the right airport.
No doubt when you take your next flight,
you’ll trust that your journey is
always when God is at the controls
safe and your destination will be safe and sure.
If so, then starting right NOW
put God in the “LEFT”
seat and let him guide you to the destination
that he has in mind for your life.
He is our SURE PILOT!
