What Does The Spirit Do? He Has Many Roles!

The Holy Spirit is the third part of the Holy Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit )and was that Spirit and power in Genesis 1:2 at the beginning of creation.

Scripture says He comforts the saved, and conveys the truth, that He is the Spirit of love, and of power and a sound mind. He is our helper, our teacher. He has a voice that speaks and sings through us. He will tell us of things to come. He is our advocate defending us. Have you ever sensed a stab of sorrow for your actions? In that role, He is our Convictor. He intercedes within our prayers when we don’t know what or how to pray.

John 14:17 says, “The world cannot accept him, because it does not see him or know him.” If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, then you’ve been touched by the Holy Spirit! Have You Felt His Presence With You? That presence is HIS Spirit.

When you read God’s word daily, the Holy Spirit will open your heart and mind by clarifying the scriptures and giving you revelational knowledge the more you read them. He is your helper, and more than able to help you comprehend your questions about his WORD.

Please remember that the Holy Spirit has many roles in which to assist you in your journey in life. You cannot see Him with your natural eyes, but He is always standing beside you and living in your heart. Spend time to get to know Him and you will discover the closest friend you will ever have.

God Bless Your Day
