One thing we have in this country and have been
blessed with is Abundance.
Webster’s dictionary defines
this as 'extremely plentiful and copious in quantity
or supply,' and from sea to shining sea America has
this in its land and its people. While all these things
are or can be good, the Biblical definition of
'abundance' goes much further.
God’s concept of abundance is multifaceted,
encompassing much more than just material wealth
but more so for all areas of our physical, spiritual,
and eternal life. Abundance refers to a fullness of life
that is marked by the blessings and favor of God.
This is an overflowing state where needs are met and
there is more than enough to share with others.
True abundance is God’s intent to bless His people
to live LIFE abundantly, not just in terms of material goods,
but in their relationship with Him and others.
Spiritual abundance is about experiencing God’s love,
having peace in the midst of challenges,
and being filled with hope for the future. It’s a life
where God’s presence is felt in every area,
from our relationships to our personal struggles.
Our abundance is not meant to be hoarded but shared,
not just for our own personal benefit but to bless others
and this comes by “(Giving), and it will be given to you.
A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over,
will it be poured into your lap.”
It’s not limited by time, circumstance, or defined
by possessions or prosperity but only fully realized when
understood in the context of the soul to the Savior.
Friend, true abundance in this life is the promise
of eternity through knowing the
Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior.
He is the only “Way, Truth, and Life”
who offers an abundant life that is far, far richer than anything
this world has to offer. Come to Him right now and ask
Him to forgive you of all of your sins,
and ask Him to come into your heart, and
that ABUNDANCE will be yours.
When you do, He will…
And your life will
Never Be The Same.
